Cincinnati stations recognized for community service

Q102 and Mix 94.9 have been awarded the National Association of Broadcasters’ (NAB) Crystal Radio Award, which recognizes radio stations for their outstanding year-round commitment to community service.

Ten recipients were chosen among 50 finalists who were honored at the NAB Show Express yesterday. Sister station B-105 was among the finalists. Previous to this win, Hubbard Cincinnati has been awarded a total of eight Crystal Awards.

NAB Crystal Radio Award finalists were chosen by a panel of judges representing broadcasting, community service organizations and public relations firms. Finalists were honored and winners announced during NAB Show Express, running through tomorrow and available on demand at nabshowexpress.com.
