It’s no surprise that B-105's late night DJ Ryan loves country music. But, it may surprise you to learn that Ryan discovered his love for radio while working part time at Q102. “The radio bug bit me and that’s when I knew I had to work in radio full time,” he says.

As a Technical Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force Reserves, Ryan loves participating in the B-105 Show benefiting the USO. “Being military, I have used the USO several times while serving and they provide so much for the men and women serving our country to them keep their moral up,” says Ryan.

Ryan has had a number of celebrity encounters over the years, including MCing an event with Duck Dynasty star, Willie Robertson, for a station event. But his craziest encounter took place while he was DJing at a club. “I played the song, 'Save a Horse (Ride a Cowboy)' and looked out in the crowd, and there was John Rich of Big and Rich,” recalls Ryan. “Rich looked at me, touched the brim of his black cowboy hat and nodded as to say, “Thanks, for playing our song.” Once the song was over, John came over to the DJ booth to shake Ryan’s hand and say thanks.

In Ryan's spare time, you can find him hanging out with his four daughters—Isabella, Callie, Marissa and Gia—and his wife, Tiffany. Ryan loves playing sports, eating Gold Star, watching the Reds or Bengals and roller skating. In fact, that’s how Ryan got his start DJing.

"I started working in the music booth at my family’s roller-skating rink when I was 10 years old. I loved it so much, I haven’t stopped since."
